All services are scheduled through www.ariandaily.com and include a 1-hour consultation via zoom chat or phone call.

During your scheduling, you must provide a detailed description of the services desired and all content needed. Such as colors, theme (if any), special site features, extra integrations and specific fonts.

After your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with further detailed instructions on how to submit your content, such as logos, photos, videos, context, etc. Please send all files as a JPG, PNG, or PDF.  Any further details will be discussed during our 1-hour consultation.

Arian Daily LLC is only responsible for the design and layout of the website. Any other hosting and domain fees are the responsibility of the client.

After deposit is paid and business information is submitted, please allow 7-21 business days to receive your designs, for small projects. If you require a service to be completed before the 7-21 business days, an extra rush fee may be required. PLEASE KEEP OUR OFFICE HOURS IN MIND.

Larger projects such as web design packages take anywhere from 4-5 weeks.

All projects over $300 REQUIRE a 50% deposit to begin services. The remaining 50% must be paid before any finals are sent. If remaining balance of initial project is not paid within the timeframe of the agreed turn-around time, a 15% inconvenience fee will be added to your invoice. All services rendered are 100 % Non-refundable. All sales are final. Under no circumstance can a refund be given after work (including proofs) have been issued and/or labor has begun. All payments will be served as a cancellation fee.

Arian Daily LLC operates through open communication via zoom video chat, email and text for the duration of the design process. You are responsible for expressing your satisfaction with the project. Arian Daily LLC is not responsible for any adjustments after full payment is made. There are add-on services and subscriptions available to continue any further services.

No final artwork or files will be delivered without watermark until final invoices are paid in full. Revision files, unselected logo proofs, premium paid fonts and themes remain the property of Arian Daily LLC. Once project is complete, all files needed will be emailed to client within 72 hours of final agreement. Finalized documents will be delivered in JPG, PDF, and/or PNG files. Any other format can be requested.

It is vital for you to have an idea for the concept of your business. If a client does not provide professional content or a concept, absolutely no refund will be honored if the client does not like the design. Arian Daily LLC grants the client full ownership of the design as-is. You do not have permission to modify it in any way. Arian Daily LLC has permission to display and promote projects via social media for promotional purposes only.

Arian Daily LLC and the client reserve the right to terminate the project at any time. Any payments made at the start of the project are non-refundable. If a contract is terminated, Arian Daily LLC reserves the right keep copyright and ownership of everything created.

All client images and content for any project shall be written and submitted through our booking form and/or submitted via email. We are not responsible for any misspellings, bad grammar, explicit language or missing information that was not originally given during initial content email. If for any reason data entry is needed and client does not have content, Arian Daily LLC cannot continue project until information is received.

Arian Daily LLC agrees to keep all client information private and secure, as we only have access to the editing and marketing portion of your website. Client must create a WIX account to accept ownership of the website. Once site is transferred, ONLY the client has access and is responsible for setting up any domain and hosting fees. This also includes setting up any payment information connected to your shopping cart.

Arian Daily LLC has the right to decline any project that does not provide the appropriate content necessary. All clients must have high quality images ready and edited by photographer for branding usage to create A visually appealing brand identity. If for any reason A client does not have professional photos, we can provide high quality stock images for an additional cost.
