Please allow 5-7 business days turnaround time.

Finalized logos will be delievered in PDF, PNG, and JPG. Any other formatted files can requested.

Revisions begin after first proof is sent. Turn around time for small projects is 7-21 business days. Web design takes up to 4 weeks.

Three (3) complimentary revisions are included in each project.

REVISION REQUEST MUST BE SENT AFTER 72 HOUS OF RECIEVING FILES OR THEY WILL BE DEEMED AS FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

You have the right to modify, reject, cancel, or stop any and all plans or work in progress. However, you agree to reimburse for all costs and expenses we incurred prior to your change in instructions. We agree to use our best efforts to minimize such from happening.

Final files will then be sent via email as a PNG, unless otherwise requested or required.

3 complimentery edits are allowed for all projects. Edit requests must be sent 48 hours after proofs are sent. If no response is given, proofs will be deemed as final. Additional edits thereafter are $10 per edit.

You gurantee that all elements of text, images, or other artwork provied are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them has cleared, copyright will be automatically assigned as follows:

You'll own the unique combination that we create for this project. We'll provide you source files and finished files. We are not required to keep any copys. You own all elements of text, images, and data you provide.

Arian Daily aknowledges it's responsibility, both during and after the terms of it's appointment, to use all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of any information or data developed by Arian Daily on behalf of client or disclosed by client to Arian Daily.
